I Related certification of lighting fixture

The first thing is to check that whether the related certification of lighting fixture is complete.

II Rapid identification of the LED street light quality

LED street light fixture is mainly composed of light source, power supply and radiator. The quality of materials and the process used directly affect the price of street lights.Inspecting start from the aspects of materials,quickly evaluating the raw materials and process of LED lighting fixtures so as to identify the quality of LED lights.

1. Comprehensive photoelectric performance test of LED lighting fixtures

Photoelectric performance test is an important basis to evaluate and reflect the quality of LED lights,looking for whether there is the phenomenon existence of false standards.

2. Quality evaluation of core light source of LED lights

Detection contents of LED light source and light bead:

(1) Lens process evaluation, encapsulation glue type, contaminants free, bubbles, air tightness evaluation.

(2) Phosphor coating phosphor coating process evaluation, phosphor particle size, particle size distribution, composition, whether there is agglomeration and settlement phenomenon.

(3) Chip process evaluation, chip graphics microstructure measurement, defect search, chip contamination identification, whether there are electric leakage and breakage.

3. Evaluation of heat dissipation performance of LED lighting fixture

As a new energy-saving light, LED street light only converts 30-40% of electric energy into light and the rest into heat energy during lighting.And the life and quality of LED lighting fixture is closely related to temperature.light bead temperature, shell temperature, heat dissipation temperature will be related to LED lighting uniformity,quality and service life.

The identification of LED lights’ heat dissipation includes 3 aspects as below:

(1) Evaluation of heat dissipation design of LED lights;

(2) Whether the temperature of each component is too high after the light reaches heat balance;

(3) LED heat dissipation material detection.Whether to choose high specific heat, high heat conduction coefficient of heat dissipation materials.

4. Whether the LED lights contain substances harmful to the light source

LED light source is afraid of sulfur, and its failure is more than 50% caused by sulfur bromide chlorination of silver bead plating layer.When the occur of sulfur-bromine chlorination reaction of LED light source, the product functional area will be black, the luminous flux will gradually decrease, and the color temperature will appear obvious drift.In the process of use, it is easy to appear electric leakage phenomenon.The more serious situation is that the silver layer is completely corroded, the copper layer is exposed, and the gold ball falls off, resulting in a dead light.LED lights contain more than 50 raw materials, which may also contain sulfur, chlorine and bromine elements.In a closed, high temperature environment, these sulfur, chlorine and bromine elements may volatilize into gases and corrode LED light sources.The identification report of sulfur emission of LED lights is the key to ensure the stable quality of LED lights.

5. LED power supply quality appraisal

The function of LED drive power supply is to convert AC mains electricity into direct current suitable for LED.In the selection and design of LED driving power supply,reliability, efficiency, power factor, driving mode, surge protection, temperature negative feedback protection function and other factors should be considered.The LED driving power supply for outdoor lighting fixture should consider waterproof and moisture-proof performance, and its shell should be sunproof and not easy to aging to ensure that the life of driving power supply can be matched with the life of LED.The identification and test contents shown as below:

(1) Power output parameters: voltage, current;

(2) Whether the driving power supply can guarantee the characteristics of constant current output, pure constant current driving mode or constant current constant voltage driving mode;

(3) Whether there is separate overcurrent protection, short circuit protection and open circuit protection;

(4) dentification of power leakage: when working with electricity, the shell should have no electric phenomenon;

(5) Ripple voltage detection: no ripple voltage is the best, with ripple voltage, the smaller the peak is better;

(6) Strobogram evaluation: whether the LED street light is strobogram after lighting;

(7) Startup output voltage/current: when startup, power output should not appear large voltage/current;

(8) Whether the power surge complies with relevant standards.

III Chip source identification

The tested LED chip database contains the chip information of many domestic and foreign manufacturers, the data is comprehensive, accurate and updated quickly.Through retrieval and matching, the chip model and manufacturer can be confirmed, which is helpful for lighting manufacturers to improve quality control and efficiency.

IV Inspection of appearance and structure of LED lighting fixture

1. The bidding book usually provides for the material used for lighting, and these provisions will be examined in detail.Appearance inspection: coating color uniform, no pores, no cracks, no impurities; The coating must adhere tightly to the base material; The shell surface of all parts of LED lights should be smooth,without scratches, cracks, deformation and other defects;

2. Dimension inspection: The dimensions should meet the requirements of the drawings;

3. Assembly inspection: the fastening screws on the light surface should be tightened,the edges should be free from burrs and sharp edges, and the connections should be firm and free loose.

V Waterproof testing
